You agree that any use of the services provided by Green Cleen Irl Ltd shall constitute your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
By making this agreement, you accept that Green Cleen Irl Ltd is permitted to contact you by telephone, email, or SMS for the purposes of service delivery and administration.
By making this agreement, you accept that Green Cleen Irl Ltd is permitted to record CCTV footage of our operatives completing work outside your property.
By making this agreement, you accept that Green Cleen Irl Ltd is permitted to access the boundary of your property and any bin store areas for the sole purpose of carrying out our work.
Green Cleen Irl Ltd reserves the right to change, amend and update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will appear on our website at www.greencleenirl.ie.
You will be deemed to have accepted any changes if Green Cleen Irl Ltd does not receive any written representations from you within 30 days from the date of the changes being published.
Green Cleen Irl Ltd provides a professional wheelie bin cleaning service across all four Dublin local authority areas — Dublin City Council, Fingal County Council, South Dublin County Council, and Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.
We clean bins the morning after your local authority's scheduled refuse collection to ensure bins are empty. In the unlikely event that we are unable to clean your bin on the scheduled date due to reasons including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or public holidays, we will endeavour to return within 5 working days. Charges will not be applied until the work has been completed.
Green Cleen Irl Ltd operates a kerbside service. Customers are requested to leave their bins at the boundary of their property after they have been emptied by the local authority so that they can be cleaned. Bins will be returned to the customer's property boundary after cleaning where possible.
Green Cleen Irl Ltd reserves the right to charge for a visit where we could not clean the agreed bin on the agreed date due to reasons not connected with company operations, equipment or employees. Such reasons include but are not restricted to:
Charges are applied in these circumstances due to our wasted journey and administration costs.
We are regrettably unable to clean any bins that are contaminated with wet paint, faeces, oil, or other substances that could contaminate or damage our equipment. In the event a bin cannot be cleaned due to contamination, standard charges will still apply.
In the unlikely event that any rubbish remains in a bin after the refuse collection, it will be at the operative's discretion whether cleaning can be carried out. If the operative decides to clean the bin, any rubbish removed will be bagged and returned.
Where a customer has more than one wheelie bin but has an agreement for only one bin, the customer is not permitted to rotate bins between cleans. Green Cleen Irl Ltd will label the agreed bin on the first clean to allow identification in future.
Green Cleen Irl Ltd requires a minimum of 5 working days' notice to defer the service to a future date. If you need to defer a service for any reason — for example, if you are on holiday or your bin will not be available — please contact us as early as possible. This will prevent you from being charged for a wasted journey.
If you move to a new address within an area covered by Green Cleen Irl Ltd and give us 5 working days' prior notice, the service will be transferred to your new address and rescheduled according to the bin cleaning schedule for that area. You will still be charged for missed cleans if insufficient notice is given.
Green Cleen Irl Ltd does not accept liability for washed-off markings. You acknowledge that paint, stickers, and other markings on your bins may be washed off or worn away as a result of our cleaning service. You agree that this will not constitute a breach of this contract and we will not be liable to reimburse you for this.
Green Cleen Irl Ltd operates a prepayment system. Once your booking request is received, we will issue you with a secure personal payment link by email. Your slot is only confirmed and reserved upon receipt of full payment. Unpaid slots may be reallocated to other customers.
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT at 13.5%. VAT will be clearly itemised on your invoice. If the rate of VAT changes, we reserve the right to pass any increases onto customers.
Cancellations will only be accepted when the account holder contacts us directly and requests cancellation of the service. Any outstanding amounts must be settled in full before the service can be stopped.
Green Cleen Irl Ltd reserves the right to cancel any agreement with a customer without due refund if it is found that the customer is abusing our services in any form, or if any of these terms and conditions are breached.
Green Cleen Irl Ltd reserves the right to pass any outstanding debts to a debt collection agency to recover amounts owed.
If your local authority notifies you of any change to their refuse collection schedule, please ensure that you inform Green Cleen Irl Ltd as soon as possible so we can adjust your cleaning schedule accordingly.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that Green Cleen Irl Ltd holds correct and current contact details at all times. Failure to do so may result in confusion and possible unwanted charges.
Green Cleen Irl Ltd expects its staff to be treated politely and with respect at all times. We will not tolerate any abuse — either physical or verbal. We reserve the right to stop work and leave the premises in such circumstances. Standard charges will still apply.
Any customer complaint regarding our service will be reviewed promptly. If a complaint is found to be justified, it will be settled with a complimentary clean. All complaints must be directed to us by:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Green Cleen Irl Ltd in relation to your use of our services and website, and supersede all previous agreements in this respect.
