Everything you need to know before booking
How does booking and payment work?+
Fill in our booking form and we'll send you a secure personal payment link by email. Once payment is confirmed your slot is reserved. Slots are not held without payment, so it's worth completing promptly to avoid missing your preferred day.
Do I need to be home when you clean?+
No — just leave your bins out after your council collects them. We'll clean them the following morning and leave them back in place. You don't need to be there at all.
How often will my bins be cleaned?+
That depends on your chosen package. We offer one-off cleans, or regular service every 4, 8, or 12 weeks depending on how many bins you have. Most households with 1 bin opt for every 4 weeks.
What bins do you clean?+
We clean all standard domestic wheelie bins as well as commercial bins. If you're unsure, just give us a call on 085 138 0805 and we'll advise you.
Are your chemicals safe for children and pets?+
Yes. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning products that are fully safe for children and pets once dry. They're also EPA and Irish Water compliant.
What areas of Dublin do you cover?+
We cover all four Dublin local authority areas — Dublin City Council, Fingal County Council, South Dublin County Council, and Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.
Is there a contract or minimum term?+
No contracts. Our packages are pre-paid for a set number of washes with no ongoing commitment after that. Many customers simply rebook when their package is complete.
Do you clean commercial bins?+
Yes — we clean for restaurants, offices, and businesses across Dublin. Fill in the booking form and select "Commercial" as your bin type, or call us on 085 138 0805.
